MOBEST uses the thermal device with a diameter of 1.4mm, and the diameter of the hot nozzle is controlled at 12mm, which is applied to the mold with a diameter less than 14mm.Meanwhile, the product can be designed with 24 cavities to 128 cavities. The nozzle body is made of imported steel which is hard and wear-resistant.

The MINI hot nozzle has the advantages of high strength, high toughness, anti-wear, anti-corrosion and long life.It is widely used in the production of food packaging (caps), medical supplies and small products. And it provides the small spacing and deep cavity inverted product injection molding solution. Suitable for PE, PP, PS and AS.

PET Product applications

For PET material, MOBEST has patent nozzle structure to realize production of blood tubes with 0.02 concentricity and 0.01-0.02 tolerance. The valve pin bush is designed inside the nozzle. Sprue has positioning structure to keep the valve pin and sprue in concentric. Sprue area has sufficient water cooling, no whitening phenomenon.
